“When you come into Keva Cottonwood, the first question we'll ask you is what your name is. While this question is often met with confused looks and a general sense of puzzlement, we ask it for a reason! Of course, there's the practical reason: we need your name to distinguish your drink from everyone else's when our store's getting a lot of business (which is a pretty frequent occurrence)! But, beyond simply helping you identify your drink, providing us with your name gives us a better connection to you as a customer. By asking for your name, we're able to know a little bit more about you, our awesome customer!
